It can be argued that requiring NIBP might be too restrictive if both capillary refill test has been performed and BP has been taken.

The issue on proper monitoring has been discussed and agreed upon with a panel of review experts from AHA.
The decision made, was that as minimum requirement for proper monitoring one should:
- place an ECG
- place a Pulse oximeter
- place Continuous BP measurement (NIBP cuff)
- an have an IV in place

This will be reviewed for future updates of the program.
