ACLS Prepaid Error: "User data trouble shooting"

Some users have experienced that upon finishing installation and opening HeartCode ACLS Prepaid they receive an error about "User data trouble shooting".

The error can mean that something is not functioning correct in the MicroSoft ".Net framework." on your computer.
So first thing to try is to download and install this updated version:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
Then after it is installed, try to do a "windows update" (updating your Window operating system) to make sure that all ".Net" related installs are functioning.
You can go to Google.com and search for "Windows Update" to find the Microsoft website if needed and look for info on how to do a Windows Update.

Then try to run the Heartcode installation program again.
