Cardiac Arryhytmia 1 patient debriefing issue: adenosine

Playing the scenario, with Simon Peregrine:

The model at times simulates Paroxysmal (re-entrant) supraventricular tachycardia. Part of the treatment for this is adenosine. This might or might not stabilize the rhythm.
There is a reproduceable flaw, in the physiologic model, which has consequences for the evaluation and thereby can have inpact on evaluation and debriefing. For some this might signify not passing the case, others will have less points than would be reasonable - based on their treatment.

The flaw only comes into play if the PSVT-rhythm is converted at first shot. This is a random behaviour (approx. 1 in 5). So if a person fails due to this, and otherwise has performed well the person must be encouraged to try the case again, thus hoping that the next replay will not unfold the flaw.

We will off course deal with this flaw, and apologize for the regrettable error and for any inconvenience this might have caused.
